ImmerseGT is Atlanta's largest XR hackathon created by Georgia Tech Startup Exchange and Georgia Tech Extended Reality to equip students with the skills and community needed to succeed in the extended reality industry. Through community building and learning opportunities, ImmerseGT aims to inspire the next generation of tech entrepreneurs and prepare them for the demands of this rapidly-evolving field.

ImmerseGT focuses on fostering innovation and creativity in the VR/AR/MR industry by providing valuable networking and learning opportunities for students. As the extended reality industry continues to grow, ImmerseGT strives to build a community of like-minded individuals and equip students with the skills needed to succeed in this field, which is increasingly important in traditional tech roles.

ImmerseGT takes place in Atlanta and is a 36-hour hackathon, attracting participants from around teh US and the world to drive innovation in the field of Extended Reality. Over these 36 hours, participants utilize their skillset and our resources, including professional workshops, industry mentors, speaker events, and hardware. These resources are just a small portion of what we provide to help bring their visions to life an share them with the world.
